The rest of the list
( a. ) A launchpad
A launch is paid for in Zcash: one address, one amount, no wallet to connect, and the basket and its curve are created for you. To buy, sell or redeem, we prepare the transaction and you sign it with your own wallet. We keep a list of what has launched and show its chart. That is the whole service.
( b. ) Not a custodian
ZLock never holds your stock, your basket units or your coins. The basket contract holds components; the curve holds basket; your wallet holds the rest.
( c. ) Not a guarantee
A basket is worth its components, and its components move. A lock is a rule about when redemption is allowed, not a statement about price. We do not audit founders, insure baskets or promise outcomes. Read the composition, read the date, decide for yourself.

How it runs:
One basket unit
≈ $1 on day one
Locked until the date
( 1 ) Minted one-to-one against its components
( 2 ) Redeemable only after the unlock date
( 3 ) A plain ERC-20 the entire time
The curve
Priced in the basket
( 1 ) Denominated in the basket, not in ETH
( 2 ) Every buy puts basket in, every sell takes it out
( 3 ) Stays on its curve for good — no migration
